THE OPPORTUNITY:

Uphold is looking for a Junior Business Consumer Consultant, to join our Consumer team. This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll get to report directly to our CEO Consumer and assist the team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects related to consumer products and Web3 technologies. This hybrid role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
This is an ideal position for a Junior Consultant, recent Graduate (MBA preferred) or undergraduate focusing in Business. Someone who loves consulting and helping to create and present ideas using financial models and sourcing data.

We are looking for a driver, entrepreneur, a “Go Getter” who wants to grow with the company. This is an amazing opportunity to work directly with our CEO Consumer Division and gain valuable insight to the Web3 community.

• This is a 12 months fixed-Term Contract of Employment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• This is an entry level position
• Strong interest in Web3 technologies and consumer products.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in GoogleSheets, PowerPoint and project management tools
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and its applications is a plus.
• Fluent written and oral English skills.

• Project Coordination:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Track project progress and report on status, risks, and issues.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and update project documentation, status reports, and project plans.
• Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the CEO Consumer Division, Product to create PowerPoint presentations from a multitude of data sources.
• Must have a strong understanding and ability to take data and turn it into a “story.”
• Communication:
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and partners.
• Schedule and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas and follow-up on action items.
