Establish standardized, business focused reporting towards management and front office (sales), incorporating both historical and forward looking views. -Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including profitability analysis, cost efficiency, and forecasting.
Compile the annual budgets in collaboration with senior management to ensure that processes support the organisation’s goals and objectives.
Maintain close relationship with the commercial teams and grow into a business partnering role.
Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

In order to be considered for the role, you must meet the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and discretion handling confidential information.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
Based in or around Amsterdam, Netherlands.
