YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping out in screening of tender newsletters and filtering out the most adequate pursuits as well as preparation of adequate documentation
• Supporting Engagement Teams with public pursuit processes in Germany and other activities around pursuits
• You will be in close cooperation with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc business requirements
• Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices
• Staying connected with the business and functional experts
• Management of the back office for various administrative tasks

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• fluency in English and German language (written and oral)
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel and Outlook)
• good communications and organizational skills
