SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED

  • Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, financial services, or fintech (though other B2B sales backgrounds will be considered)
  • Eager to learn, grow, and aspire to become a top-performing Account Executive
  • Confident in cold calling and pushing beyond your comfort zone
  • Fluency in Swedish and excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Junior Business Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of Kustom’s growth strategy, focusing on acquiring new customers across a wide scope of potential B2B customers/merchants. This role is ideal for driven professionals with sales experience, who are eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Find and connect with potential clients in different types of businesses
  • Show our product to clients over the phone or in video, explaining how it can help them
  • Actively look for sales opportunities and work hard to close deals
  • Manage the entire process from finding new clients to closing sales
