For our branch in Lodi (California) we are looking for a:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Junior Business Developer who will be responsible for helping growing our business by developing new market leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The focus is to build on relationships with existing customers and partners as well as identifying new business opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Strong listening and presentation skills;
  • Analysis and organizational skills;
  • Reliability and precision;
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred;
  • Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector and/or in industrial machines is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new opportunities by researching accounts and identifying key players;
  • Communicating with Customers, making outbound calls to potential Customers;
  • Understanding Customer needs and requirements;
  • Answering potential Customers questions and providing them with additional information;
  • Maintaining and expanding database of prospects;
  • Updating CRM;
  • Ensuring market coverage by maintaining continuous contacts with potential and existing Customers.
