Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior BI Analyst, you’ll work closely with various teams across the business, using our comprehensive data infrastructure to extract meaningful insights and support smarter decision-making. With guidance from our Head of Commercial Finance and Insights, you’ll be hands-on with Power BI, creating timely and impactful reporting suites. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to study for professional qualifications while working.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create customer-focused business reports and dashboards to help colleagues monitor, control, and make decisions that drive business success
  • Transform BI requirements from colleagues into actionable insights
  • Analyse and interpret financial and operational data to support strategic business decisions.
  • Identify relevant data sources and ensure data validity
  • Increase automation and self-service reporting for colleagues using Power BI and other tools.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop performance metrics and KPIs
  • Actively partner with SDL Surveying Management Teams to boost profitability and operational performance
