We as the Analytics Tools and Services Team work with curiosity and joy on understanding and solving complex data challenges. We are working closely together with different business departments in order to enable them to answer questions such as the best marketing channel, the most successful shoe model or the best performing customer cluster. The basis for our work is a powerful insights infrastructure. One of the most important cornerstones of our infrastructure is an enterprise reporting platform as the interface to our internal customers. We are seeking to strengthen our data enablement power.

• Analyse business unit requirements and build dashboards / KPIs
• Troubleshoot, trace and improve dashboards, reports and performance-tune if needed
• Promote data analytics awareness across the company. Create educational content to share data insights best practices
• Offer advice, training and support to business departments when it comes to working with data and data modeling. Help to design, document and maintain system processes
