Description:

Strong organisational, time management and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, allowing you to plan your workload and studies and complete the assignments to required deadlines and meet the Apprenticeship Standards. Keen attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and confidence in making enquiries via telephone and email and communicating at all seniority levels.
Awareness of confidentiality rules and ability to work in an environment exposed to sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Minimum Intermediate IT proficiency in a range of Microsoft products and experience of using bespoke databases. A team player attitude as someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn. This role offers opportunities to work from either of our NHS Resolution office bases in London or Leeds, remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
Please note that whilst homeworking may be an option, attendance and travel to both locations may be required on occasion due to training and team meetings. For those that wish to work from home, we ask that you check you are able to access an average internet speed (per person working from that location) of 10 Mbps download speed and at least 2 Mbps upload speed so that you can access and use our systems. The selection process will follow the format outlined below: A pre-assessment questionnaire which will be used for further longlisting the pre-assessments will take place from 11 to 14 November 2024 and will have an online questionnaire format. A written assessment which will be used for further shortlisting.
The written assessment will be undertaken on 21 and 22 November 2024. A formal interview and further assessments which may be held in-person or via conference call or video-based interaction. The assessments & interviews dates are scheduled on 2 and 3 December 2024 and will be used to assess knowledge, skills and competency of the candidates. Please note that due to the high interest in this role and set recruitment timeline linked with the external apprenticeship application deadlines, we will be unable to offer alternative dates for any of the stages of the assessments, therefore please ensure that you plan your availability around the provided dates.
A drop in / Q&A session information for candidates will be shared in coming weeks. You will have a chance to meet the recruiting managers, the training team, current Apprentices and ask any questions related to the selection process, this role and the organisation.
