Are you a scientific enthusiast with a passion for precision and innovation? Cara Technology Ltd is looking for a Junior Chemist to support our Flavour Laboratories and contribute to the production of our industry-leading flavour standards. You’ll work closely with the Flavours team, gaining hands-on experience in flavour chemistry, testing, formulation, and more. If you have a background in chemistry and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of flavour standards, including capsule manufacturing.
- Monitor and manage chemical stocks and collaborate with the Flavours team to produce complex flavour formulations.
- Calibrate laboratory equipment and maintain stock registers, chemical records, and HACCP documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards and contribute to their maintenance.
- Weigh chemical ingredients for flavour production and assist in the packaging process.
- Support the maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment.
