MEET THE TEAM! ‍ ‍ ‍

The Circular team is a small, international club of motivated teammates who carry out all different repairs. Everyone is gradually looking for their specialization in this area and we expect the same from you. Everyone can work independently, but for difficult issues we work together to find a solution.
The members of this team will also teach you about technology and our working methods. The team has a manager who takes care of planning, training and technical assistance!

YOUR TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Know how to fix problems. (or at least know how to find the solution! )
• You are capable of working with a computer and a smartphone with ease.
• Be sure to mention your technical skills in your application
• You are curious and would like to learn more about repairing devices and products!

YOUR ROLE

Decathlon does everything to keep its customers satisfied with their products. However, a lot of items end up being returned for a variety of reasons. If something turns out to be wrong with the product, then it starts for us. We are going to breathe new life into it! Instead of throwing it away, we check, replace, and repair what is necessary to prepare the product for sale again!
You have the hands-on mentality to check the 2nd life products and repair them. We will teach you the tricks and support you with various training courses. The team is small and will expand considerably in a short time. A great opportunity for a kickstart in your (sustainable) career within a large company in the Netherlands. We will also work on initiatives such as Buyback and Rental.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, check, repair, pack and send products✅
• Together with your teammates you discuss the priority of the day, every day can be different
• After a while you also work on your own mission; your own project within our department (for example: sewing project, matching pairs or the collection of electronic equipment)
• Are the products ready? Let’s sell! You will be preparing shipments to our clients and our stores around the Netherlands
• You always think proactively about how we can improve the departments, ideas are always more than welcome!
