Chubb puts the customer first and always focuses on providing customers with top professional service and advice in claims handling. You will be part of a highly competent and service-minded team at the office in Stockholm, consisting of 6 experienced claims handlers. You will also have close cooperation with your Nordic colleagues.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of our Swedish Claims team as a Junior Claims Adjuster. Within the role, the work will mainly consist of registration of new claims, other administrative work and treatment of minor claims within e.g. Property or Casualty. You will get to work in close collaboration with your colleagues in Chubb, Chubb’s customers, brokers, lawyers, loss adjusters etc. You will get a broad contact surface both internally at Chubb and externally.

COMPETENCE/QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with minor claims handling (not a requirement)
• Education from an insurance academy such as FEI (not a requirement)
• You are proactive and have a “can-do” attitude.
• Can work independently, but at the same time thrives well in a team.
• Have a desire to develop yourself in both professionally and personally.
• You thrive on having many different tasks at the same time.
• You are a team player and take ownership of your areas of responsibility.You take pride in providing the market’s best service/claims treatment.
