Job Description
One of our clients operates prominently in the financial sector, where we enhance operations across their extensive network of 150,000 workstations and support a workforce of 4,500 employees. Our IT solutions ensure streamlined processes and heightened security, enabling them to maintain leadership in financial technology.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience with CMS.
- Ability to understand the business processes on the customer’s perspective
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills both within the team and in customer-facing situations
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and provide constructive feedback.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the financial or banking sector
- German knowledge

Responsibilities:
- AEM Implementation & Optimization - Lead the implementation and management of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) across banking websites, addressing challenges in site performance and user experience.
- Content Strategy & Personalization - Develop personalized content strategies tailored to user preferences and behaviors, enhancing customer engagement and retention.
- SEO Optimization - Improve search engine visibility and rankings, solving the issue of low organic traffic and site visibility for banking sites.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) - Centralize and manage digital assets, solving the challenge of fragmented and unorganized content repositories across platforms.
- Workflow Automation & Compliance - Optimize asset and content workflows, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and improving the efficiency of content reuse across banking websites.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Support - Solve technical challenges by proactively troubleshooting and reporting issues, ensuring smooth operations of banking websites.
