As a Junior Collections Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers make their payments on time.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree completed or studying and enrolled at a university (with graduation expected in late 2025 or 2026) in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience in collections, with a focus on cash collection is desirable.
- Fluency in English (and Spanish) is MANDATORY (speaking & writing).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Confirm and negotiate with customers to collect outstanding accounts receivable.
- Contact customers to discuss overdue payments and develop repayment plans.
- Possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a working knowledge of collections practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Report on collection progress and results.
