Description:
o Be a member of the Community Applications Team and wider ICT Clinical Programme Team. o Support the use of community applications, including application upgrades and configuration changes ensuring minimal impact on business use o Be the point of contact for community application users and the supplier for any issues which require supplier input o Provide advice on use of community applications to support optimum clinical workflow and clinical noting o Provide support for the deployment of smartcards and troubleshooting any issue
