Junior Compliance Officer - Fund Management

Our client is a well-known leader in the Fund Management space. They are currently looking for a Compliance Officer to be based in Singapore.

The Role

• Lead preparation of periodic compliance reports/reviews and filing of regulatory filings and reporting to satisfy regulator and firm management requirements
• Manage license applications/renewals for submission to regulatory bodies
• Assist with compliance and other regulated related matters with external compliance advisors
• Promote compliance awareness in the firm

To Qualify

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of relevant experience with an asset management firm, securities regulator, broker, law-firm, or compliance consultant;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
