Job Overview
The Junior Compliance Officer will assist in ensuring that the company complies with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, as strong understanding of compliance principles, and a desire to develop their career in the compliance field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and reviewing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Conduct customer due diligence and KYC checks.
  • Investigate and report any compliance-related issues or breaches.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and documentation.

What we look for in you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experiences in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
  • Familiar and understand compliance regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certifications in compliance (E.g. ICA, ACAMS) are a plus.
