Skills and experiences

• Familiarity with Microsoft D365, project management methodologies and Microsoft platforms
• Proven ability to drive change and deliver results in an unstructured environment
• Strong client interface and presentation skills, coupled with robust business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and manage customer expectations
• Passion for learning with effective time management skills
• Fluency in German or French, as well as in English is a must

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions within D365 Business Applications focusing on ERP.
• Lead workshops to identify and design solutions for application and process gaps
• Document business processes and system configurations for client-specific needs
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure understanding of functional specifications
• Support user acceptance testing and train key users for system proficiency
