We are seeking to expand our team with a Senior Consultant who will work across a range of sectors.
As a Junior Consultant, you will begin taking responsibility for developing the recommendations that will ultimately be implemented by our clients, whilst also learning how to contribute to and grow EY-Parthenon’s business through internal practice building and contributing to new business development.

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct in-depth market, industries and companies’ dynamics research using a variety of sources (e.g. analyst reports, market research reports, news articles, internal sources);
- Assist in the collection and analysis of various data (qualitative and quantitative) to support specific project outputs (e.g. customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis, avenues for growth, operating model design);
- Develop supporting materials for ongoing projects (e.g. client presentations, market reports etc.);
- Help in the preparation of proposals and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals);
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business best practices and technological advancements.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor`s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or another relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of English in a professional environment.
- Good user level in MS Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project.
- Prior experience in business consulting, operations or a quantitative type of research and analytics function is considered a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary.
