The Junior Content Manager will work cross-functionally to produce high-quality content and grow Sumsub’s organic reach. You will be an integral part of positioning Sumsub as the go-to source for best-practice content on collaboration and remote work. We are looking for a self-starter who is organized, process-driven, and highly motivated to tell compelling stories and produce content at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the SEO Team and write blogs, guides, title tags, and meta descriptions, based on their project needs.
  • Understand on-page best practices and work with the SEO Content Coordinator to fold them into a content production process.
  • Ensure all writing is customer focused by actively learning about and developing empathy for Sumsub’s target audiences.
  • Manage multiple assignments every week and hit deadlines.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to collaborate on content, give, and receive feedback.
  • Work with the Managing Editor, Brand Copy Lead and Proofreader to ensure everything you write is on-brand and free of grammatical errors.
  • Oversee publishing of editorial content and work with cross-functional stakeholders to get all the necessary assets.
  • Coordinate with the social media and email specialists to ensure content is ready for distribution and assist as needed.
  • Understand customer needs and incorporate their perspective into content.
  • Conduct research for content topics based on industry trends and best practices. Brainstorm story ideas and assist stakeholders and partners to develop ideas into compelling stories.
  • Partner with SEO, web, product marketing, and design teams to plan and prioritize content ideas—and bring them to life.
  • Interview subject matter experts and conduct research to develop relevant and useful content.
  • Become familiar with the Sumsub story, voice, and tone to create content that is on brand and on message.Improve and optimize existing content based on search performance metrics.
