The AO Innovation Translation Center (AO ITC) streamlines and drives innovation projects. Its activities include the development of clinical solutions with our industrial partner, innovation gathering, proof-of-concept studies, strategic investment in intellectual property, technology, or companies, and evidence creation through clinical research.
The ITC Operations team provides comprehensive support to all divisions within the AO ITC. We manage relationships between divisions, ensuring seamless processes and optimal efficiency. The organization of symposiums, meetings and various internal and external events on a global scale is one of our core activities.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Basic commercial training or equivalent training and further education
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Proven experience in event organization and business administration
- Precise, responsible, and reliable working style
- Open-minded and likeable personality, team player and willingness to learn
- Fluent German and good knowledge of English language
Responsibilities:
Meeting Organization
- Benchmark evaluation of meeting venues (cost of location, transfer, F&B and meeting facilities)
- Travel arrangements, on-site logistics (hotel, transfer, F&B and meeting facilities)
- Reimbursement for ITC members / guests
- 3rd party invoicing
- Close collaboration and interaction with ITC Units
- Cost efficiency awareness
Storage and administration of ITC data
- Handling and updating of highly confidential information and data.
- Administration of ITC membership (addresses, membership terms, etc)
- Preparation and distribution of certificates
Special Events
- Coordinate ITC meetings alongside Davos Courses
- Support of special ITC events
