SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to create copy with some previous experience (ideally 1.5 years of experience post-graduation in a similar capacity)
  • Ability to create compelling and impactful campaign captions and associated copy
  • Ability to collaborate with design teams
  • Some knowledge of SEO copy
  • Attention to detail and enthusiasm to create great work across a variety of mediums is a key attribute
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Note: This is a hybrid opportunity with 2-3 days per week in our AMS Toronto office located in downtown Toronto (close to union station and the subway line).
In this position you will be part of the creation of engaging copy and storytelling for AMS Marketing campaigns, across all regions globally. You will be helping to develop compelling and insightful campaign straplines and copy to engage prospects and delight our customers. This varied role will help us to demonstrate our thought leadership position in the market as well drive interest and conversion across specific campaigns. You will have an understanding of shorter forms of engagement for social media and email as well as a willingness to support longer format copy. You will help drive our campaign magic in a fast-growing business and market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create interesting and engaging copy across AMS collateral
  • Support the senior copywriter to deliver creative approaches to encompass our brand and business marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the design team to bring campaign ideas to life
  • Work in collaboration with colleagues from the brand and communications team to deliver copy which represents the AMS tone of voice and creates consistency in our output across globally markets.
  • Work in collaboration with colleagues from business marketing to create marketing copy and campaigns which drive interest in our solutions and convert prospects
  • Scan interesting approaches to storytelling from competitors and others in the B2B space to drive the evolve our written content and keep pace with industry developments, ensuring content is interesting, engaging and best positioned to differentiate AMS in the marketplace
