The Bank’s entire operations are managed by the COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. Union Bancaire Privée, UBP SA is looking for a new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Officer based in Zurich, who will collaborate on the daily activities related to the CSR management of the Bank.
Mission
In collaboration with the Head of CSR and the team, implement UBP’s sustainability agenda compliant to the upcoming sustainability regulations and actively participate in non-financial reporting.
Main responsibilities
- Support in managing the daily activities of the CSR team
- Actively participate in the annual carbon footprint assessment
- Participate in quantitative data collection for the yearly Sustainability Report and TCFD report, as well as the related limited assurance process
- Support the CSR team in the projects related to sustainability regulations
- Collaborate in running the local Zurich CSR team and drive assigned initiatives
This is a 100% role located in Zurich for 6 months
Start: asap
Please note that for this position, there is no possibility to work remotely. The role requires full-time presence on-site in Zurich to meet the specific needs of the job.

- Certification: Bachelor or Master Degree in a related CSR field
- Technical skills: Good working skills in Excel and other MS toolsExperience

- Experience required:
- Successfully completed higher education in sustainability studies, ideally with focus on environment
- A first experience with sustainability reporting, carbon footprint management and related data collection; understanding of sustainability reporting standards (e.g. GRI)
- Experience in private banking: OptionalLanguage
