As a Junior Creative Technologist, you’ll be a catalyst for ideating and delivering cutting-edge technology to Toaster. Working collaboratively with designers, developers, and strategists, you will help shape the future of how brands connect with audiences. You’ll work with transformative technologies like AI/ML, XR(AR/MR/VR), Web3, IOT to create impactful experiences, while also exploring emerging trends like agentic AI, wearables and spatial computing, helping us and our clients stay ahead of the curve.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is curious, hands-on, and passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with technology.

• Participate in client workshops and creative sprints, using your technical knowledge to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Explore emerging technologies to build rapid prototypes to validate ideas using modern languages, tools and frameworks.
• Write clean, maintainable code to help deliver scalable web and mobile applications in TypeScript and/or Python. You’ll work with frameworks like React, Next.js, Flask to create immersive, user-focused experiences.
• Research and remain on top of cutting-edge trends, tools and technologies like spatial computing, agentic AI and wearables incorporating them into actionable project ideas and prototypes.
• Design and deliver interactive presentations, visually engaging demos, and technical proofs of concept for client pitches, showcasing the power of emerging technologies to solve real-world challenges.
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and developers to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
• Contribute to Toaster’s internal R&D by experimenting with frameworks, APIs, and SDKs e.g. OpenAI, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, Three.js, Unity/Unreal Engine, and Web3 libraries.
• Regularly engage in internal training, knowledge-sharing, and personal learning to stay ahead in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
