Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Contribute to our revenue growth by creating CRM marketing campaigns that engage and retain customers
- Campaign Creation: Coordinate and execute engaging and personalized CRM campaigns across email and other channels, ensuring timely delivery
- Landing Page Creation and Optimization: Assist in improving landing pages to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns, and based on various KPIs like revenue per recipient (RPR), derive actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Collaboration: Work together with the Design and Product teams to implement new deals and promotions to ensure CRM campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies, product launches and feedback of customers is effectively integrated into future campaigns
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM marketing trends and technologies. Continuously seek out new strategies and tools to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement
