We are currently looking for a dynamic and well-organized person for our sales organization who will support sales in Poland in the areas of Customer Service and Administration
This position has a very wide and varied scope of tasks, which allows you to develop in many areas. As an organization, we will be happy to support you in this to achieve success together.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within a customer service field
  • Experience in administrative tasks is welcome, but if you have no experience in this area, we will be happy to teach you everything
  • Openness to new tasks from various areas to support sales
  • Experience in working with SAP
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proactivity and strong customer mindset
  • Solid technical problem-solving capabilities
  • Very good command of English
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines
  • Openness to learning, reliability and accuracy
  • Driving license cat. B (obligatory)
  • Willingness to traveling

Responsibilities:

Customer Service tasks:

  • Daily communication with the client regarding orders processing in the SAP system and handling related documentation
  • Delivery coordination and solving related problems through ongoing communication between carriers, customer, sales department and warehouse
  • Participation in larger projects as a team member or coordinator
  • Close cooperation with finance, production and distribution centers
  • Building a positive image of the company by proactively building customer relationships, the highest service standards and proposing new, effective solutions

Administrative tasks:

  • Preparing documentation and presentations for the management board
  • Managing a fleet of company vehicles, coordinating the purchase of telephones
  • Electronic invoice processing
  • Organization of office work and ensuring the correct flow of documents (contracts, procedures, instructions) and information
  • Handling courier and postal shipments
  • Support in organizing fairs, events and company training for dealers, customers and employees
