ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team in one of the most dynamic engineering fields of Fluid Power.
In this role you will receive full training to be able to provide sales and administrative support to Berendsen’s nationwide branch network.

Your tasks will include:

  • Providing internal support for the Sales Team by generating quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Providing administrative support across the national branch network.
  • Assisting customers with product selection by interpreting catalogues and product information.

This is a full-time position based in our Sydney Head Office, which is currently located in Seven Hills, but is soon relocating to Norwest.
You will be joining a successful and supportive team, providing professional and friendly service to a range of customers and colleagues.
