Description:
Diatron develops, manufactures and markets hematology analyzers, clinical chemistry analyzers, and
associated reagents for human medical and veterinary use.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum College Degree or Equivalent
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Windows office,
processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office
procedures and terminology
Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills.
Precise, self assertive
Responsibilities:
Work with Diatron’s Distirbutors, arrange and assure timely implementation of incoming sales
orders as well as related documentation , paperwork;
In case of any special customer’s demand, clarify it with other departments,
Clarify products availability and delivery dates with production, warehouse, purchasing and
QA departments and inform customer accordingly
Interface with our financial department to confirm deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare paperwork i.e. invoicing, packing list, pro forma invoice for deliveries .Determine
charges for services requested, check deposits or payments, and/or arrange for billing.
Interface with forwarders, issue delivery orders if needed
Reply customer’s non technical claims, enquiries, like certificates, authorizations
Update sales team with order and delivery information
