WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Some Experience (or Eagerness to Learn!): You have a bit of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar field, but most importantly, you’re excited to learn and grow.
- Great Communication: You’re comfortable chatting with customers in both English and Dutch and love helping people solve problems.
- Customer-Focused: You genuinely care about making customers happy and are always looking for ways to support them.
- Tech-Savvy: You don’t need to be an expert, but if you have an interest in tech or SaaS, that’s definitely a plus!
