Description:
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 and relevant tertiary qualification: Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field
- +5 years’ experience in a similar role with proven data analytical experience
- Experience in the built environment or facility management sectors will be advantageous
- Understanding of computer operating systems and database technology (design, software and structure)
- Ability to collect, clean, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of data
- Ability to draw actionable insights from raw data and information to support the business’s objectives
- Good problem solving and organisational skills
- Good administration skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Analytical and logical thinker
- Ability to communicate technical system concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate to data solutions
- Adhere to internal agile methodology using project management principles

Responsibilities:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OR PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all duties are performed by the company’s Quality Management System and OHS Management System requirements
- Collaborate and translate: Engage with teams to understand their requirements and convert these into data analysis and performance metrics
- Data development and implementation: Design and maintain comprehensive data databases
- Data integrity analysis: Extract, clean and transform data to ensure the accuracy and quality of information
- Statistical analysis: Utilise statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
- Data visualization: Creating graphic visuals of analyzed data to present data-driven insights and dashboards
- Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations to communicate data insights to stakeholders
- Key superuser of the CAFM system
- Promotion of the CAFM system
- Setting up and testing new projects on the CAFM system
- Administer the CAFM support system and analytics to identify key operational or system areas for improvement
- Support training programs and initiatives
- Identify improvements to systems
- Liaising with systems service providers
- Support the technology project initiative
- Support the company with ad hoc projects
