We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst (all genders) that will be involved on a daily basis in different tasks, including data extraction, exploration, analysis, visualisation and reporting. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you support our business steering with actionable insights & data-driven processes on different business domains while you are supporting analytics efforts for a premium online shop of perfume and beauty products across Europe. Collaboration and learning from others is key to this role!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and create performance dashboards to derive meaningful, reliable and actionable insights, leveraging different statistical techniques whenever needed.
- Use appropriate visualisation and presentation techniques to efficiently communicate findings to the stakeholders.
- Being accountable for the KPI landscape and data pipeline logics in the supported business domain to ensure efficient data management and governance.
- Holding detailed knowledge in the business processes and related data sources of the supported domain.
- Communicate effectively with peer stakeholders and mid-level management; providing the right level of technical level to clarify / align the scope of analytical tasks.
- Participate in cross-functional strategic projects in adherence with agile methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices of analytics - applied to the business domain.
