We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing queries, analyzing trends, and deriving insights that will help improve the performance of our reservation platform, specifically when it comes to seat selection. By communicating with stakeholders and other analysts, you will provide your findings and insights to ensure our booking processes and the reservation platforms run smoothly, while continuously monitoring dashboards, performing QA tasks and tests, and taking the necessary course of action if problems arise. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is hands-on and highly analytical, with a business mindset.

• Gathering and extracting large data sets;
• Writing queries (SQL experience required*) to gather and extract large datasets;
• Using excel to analyze and work with datasets;
• Solving complex problems and executing best possible solutions;
• Communicating with various stakeholders, with the ability to work autonomously;
• Working in a fast-paced and technological environment, with strong communication skills in both English and French.
