Pactum Collections, part of the Multitude Group, is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Junior Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join the Risk team in our Berlin – Charlottenburg office (we work from home and office).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educated to degree level (BSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Science, or equivalent).
  • Sharp analytical skills and a can-do attitude, capable of dealing with fast changes and working at a high pace.
  • Minimum 6 months of work experience querying databases using SQL.
  • Good Excel skills; experience with VBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with dashboard reporting tools like Power BI and excellent data visualization skills are considered an advantage.
  • Ability to generate new, unique ways of analyzing and modeling data.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written; proficiency in any other European language is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
  • Previous experience in the fintech/banking sectors is a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly calculation of expected credit loss.
  • Analyzing the consumer and business lending portfolios.
  • Performing ad-hoc queries and analyses for various stakeholders.
  • Supporting the standardization and automation of reporting processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of internal and external financial audits.
  • Aiding in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly regulatory reports.
  • Handling data enrichment and data aggregation tasks.
  • Performing data reconciliation, data checks, and data cleaning tasks.
  • Supporting the development of prediction models.
  • Assisting in the development of fair value calculation models.
