Junior Data Analyst
Reporting to: Technical Project Manager
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience)

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
Requirements:
- Interest and or experience in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Understanding and desire to extend knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience and desire to extend knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Solutions focused
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modelling techniques.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, writing and optimizing SQL queries, and ensuring the integrity of our data. Collaboration will be essential, as you work alongside cross-functional teams to address their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Your ability to convey complex data findings clearly to stakeholders will be crucial, as well as your problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with foundational knowledge in SQL, Excel, and Power BI, who is ready to deepen their expertise and contribute to Netomnia’s data-driven culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
