We are seeking a passionate and innovative Junior Data Scientist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to conduct research in the field of AI, with a specific emphasis on AI-enabled and supported learning platforms. The position may lead to an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in a selected field of training, designed to serve cognitively impaired individuals.
Key Requirements:
- Passion for diversity, inclusion, and making a positive impact on the lives of cognitively impaired individuals.
- Basic experience and/or knowledge in AI-enabled learning platforms is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices is an added advantage.
- Not being afraid of gaining new insights by interacting with cognitively impaired individuals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in the field of AI; analyse and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations, focusing on AI-enabled and supported learning platforms.
- Identify potential AI technology, models and algorithms to enhance the learning experience for cognitively impaired individuals.
- Collaborate with local institutes and their cross-functional teams to identify and select a field of training for a potential MVP.
- Conceptual design of a MVP to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience.
- Contribute to the overall mission of driving diversity and inclusion through innovative AI solutions.
