Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As a Junior Data Analyst on our Partnerships and Affiliate Marketing team, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our affiliate programs and partnerships. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, actively seeks out opportunities for improvement, and is eager to contribute to our team’s success.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various channels, identifying trends, and communicating to the team any anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate Insights for Campaign Optimization: Assist in analyzing data to provide insights that help improve campaign performance, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and Maintain Dashboards: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards that provide real-time insights into program performance, making it easy for stakeholders to understand key metrics and trends.
  • Support Partnership Strategies: Work with business developers and learn about the effectiveness of different partnerships, contributing data-driven recommendations for future collaborations.
  • Take Initiative in Problem-Solving: Proactively identify issues or opportunities for optimization and develop strategies that improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate Internationally: Work alongside marketing teams based in Shanghai and other global locations, ensuring that efforts align with broader marketing strategies and global business goals.
  • Assist in Conducting Experiments: Support the design and analysis of experiments to test new strategies, creatives, or partnership models, contributing to data-driven decisions.
