We have an amazing opportunity for a Junior Data Engineer to join our IT team and contribute to our mission of providing excellent care through effective data management. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for data and a desire to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into ETL workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to ensure data is efficiently loaded into our data warehouse.
• Utilize tools like Talend, Matillion, or similar for building and managing data pipelines.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation, transformation, and reporting.
• Optimize data workflows and warehouse performance.
• Support data governance, quality, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with the team.
• Stay updated with emerging data technologies and industry trends.
