Description:
JUNIOR DEMAND AND OPERATION COORDINATOR - VIE CONTRACT
- Location: Lysaker, Norway
- Target start date: 01/03/2025
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in relevant field or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.
- Experience in demand planning or supply planning is a plus and interested in software we use (Kinaxis+I-shift).
SOFT AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to manage complex issues and situations, bringing all the needed stakeholder together to identify a solution.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
- Proactive and dynamic attitude.
- Commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to operate across different business models.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Logistics or related.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a good articulation of demand management and financial exercise, limiting write off while allowing to capture opportunities.
- Regular meetings with the region, Business Operations and Demand team and Supply Chain Business Partner to follow batch release, prioritization, FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
- Ensure supply continuity by mitigating Write off risks. Arbitrate in case of supply constraints between countries.
- Ensure an adequate forecast, and a smooth forecasting process with third parties.
- Challenge the partner in a constructive way during business reviews, while ensuring a support to meet targets.
- Assess and request packaging based on new demand, launches and Labelling issues (variation follow up) to ensure compliance with countries requirement.
- Arbitrate between Regulatory Affairs, Supply, Quality and supply when prioritization is needed with the support of the regional BODs (Board of Directors).
- Deliveries coordination with International Customer Service when needed (public, emergency, new launches) – customer creation – return management, etc.
- Update tender radar and create a zone dashboard to monitor performance from sell out to Ex-Factory sales, and track operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), with a focus on digital KPIs.
- Alert on deviations and propose proactively mitigation plans in collaborations with General Managers. Support for documentation management with local supply.
