Stormcon works closely with industry professionals to provide end to end stormwater management solutions. Our engineering team works collaboratively with the sales team, supply chain and field staff to design systems and support on site installation. Stormcon prides itself on providing the best stormwater management solutions to the largest developers, consultants, and municipalities across Ontario. We work on existing designs to improve the efficiency and on new projects from the design phase.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for designing Stormwater Management systems and providing administrative engineering support for Stormcon.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 2+ years’ experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Valid driver’s license
• A willingness to occasionall travel within Ontario

• Design stormwater management solutions including detention, retention and quality control systems based on new design parameters and existing Civil Engineering drawings
• Work alongside the CAD team to prepare and review shop drawings
• Coordinate with sales and supply chain to correctly design systems based on inventory and construction timelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, municipalities and developers
• Learn and apply skills in stormwater management to further develop new product lines
• Innovative and find solutions for various project challenges
