Description:

We are Health Unlimited, and we are in search of a talented Junior Designer to join our vibrant studio team. Our studio is a team of eight passionate professionals dedicated to challenging the status quo and transforming the healthcare creative landscape. Whether our work is aimed at healthcare professionals or patient awareness, we strive to produce innovative and impactful materials. Our team is a mix of artworkers, motion designers, 3D artists, and graphic/digital designers, all with a strong focus on digital content.
The Junior Designer will be managed by one of our Senior Designers and will be integrated to our mission of pushing boundaries and challenging outdated practices in today’s healthcare landscape.
The candidate will design confidently across the main Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as PowerPoint. They will bring conceptual thinking to brainstorm sessions, create visual moodboards, update existing materials with a keen attention to detail, and produce creative mockups as required by briefs. Their work will span print and primarily digital formats, including infographics, social content, UX/UI, brochures, reports, congress materials, and branding.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop their skills.
  • Possess a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and an awareness of digital trends, and an interest in learning about user experience design and user interface design and industry innovations.
  • Can-do attitude, curious, with a strong aptitude for collaboration, initiative, and problem-solving within the studio.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines and providing support to team members.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Willingness to learn Figma and develop digital skills.
  • Knowledge of video editing software like After Effects and Premiere Pro is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Submission of a portfolio link or PDF showcasing relevant work and experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stay updated on emerging design trends and share insights with the team.
  • Provide design support to the entire studio, including artwork if required
  • Effectively manage the scale and scope of assigned projects.
  • Update, develop, and/or produce diverse materials, such as email banners, newsletters, reports, infographics, brochures, invitations, pull-up banners, web banners, microsites, websites, social media content, internal/external event collateral, website elements, visual concepts, image searches, and internal marketing content.
  • Collaborate closely with the team on project management to ensure brand design consistency.
  • Adhere meticulously to brand guidelines.
