Description:
Main Tasks:
- Provide cross-site support (onsite if required) to our users in the areas of:
o Microsoft Windows 10/11
o Microsoft Office 365
o Microsoft OneDrive/Sharepoint
o Adobe Applications
o Crown applications
o Web applications
o Various other Software issues
o Mobile Device Management
o Technical issues (PCs, notebooks, printers and peripheral devices)
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and assembly/disassembly of hardware
- Analysis and resolution of error situations as part of 1st level support
- Responsible for the use, maintenance and processing of service requests and incidents in our ITSM tool in accordance with ITIL
- Point of contact for our regional IT infrastructure team
- Coordination of external service providers
