Job Description
Main Tasks:
- Provide cross-site support (onsite if required) to our users in the areas of:
o Microsoft Windows 10/11
o Microsoft Office 365
o Microsoft OneDrive/Sharepoint
o Adobe Applications
o Crown applications
o Web applications
o Various other Software issues
o Mobile Device Management

o Technical issues (PCs, notebooks, printers and peripheral devices)

  • Installation, configuration, maintenance and assembly/disassembly of hardware
  • Analysis and resolution of error situations as part of 1st level support
  • Responsible for the use, maintenance and processing of service requests and incidents in our ITSM tool in accordance with ITIL
  • Point of contact for our regional IT infrastructure team
  • Coordination of external service providers

Person Specification

Essential Skills:

  • Although this role is branch based, our IT department is based in Munich so you will need to be comfortable working independently from your wider team
  • Interpersonal skills are also required as the role requires the ability to liaise effectively with customers and multiple internal departments.
  • Being self-motivated is necessary for this position.
