We are seeking a Junior Development Analyst to join our Development Team at our headquarters in Amsterdam. You will join a young, dynamic team responsible for our development pipeline, helping to further expand and consolidate Mileway position as the market leader in the last-mile logistic real estate industry.

YOUR ROLE AS A JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

As an Junior Development Analyst, you will gain exposure to the development side of the business, encompassing every phase of the real estate cycle, from investment to development and lease-up. You will be part of the Central Development Team, proactively overseeing the performance and progress of our development pipeline, supporting Local Asset Management Teams with analysis on development opportunities for Committee approval and reporting to our investors. You will benefit from daily interactions with Country Project and Construction Managers, Transaction Managers, Portfolio Analysts, Asset Managers, and experienced colleagues across Europe.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the maintenance and preparation of the Development Tracker, distributed to the Senior Leadership Team & investors, including key performance indicators across the entire Mileway development pipeline.
• Report on project-level and fund-level performance of the development pipeline.
• Support the Development Team and Local Teams with in-depth analysis on new development opportunities and the preparation of Development Committee materials.
• Actively contribute to the development Annual Budgeting Process and Reforecast.
• Collaborate with other central functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Portfolio Management Team, and ESG, on development-related aspects (e.g., construction cost monitoring, ESG targets, perimeter review, valuation inputs).
• Assist in the administrative management of our development pipeline.
• Assist with improving tools and systems tracking the development pipeline.
• Support ad-hoc queries for development projects across the portfolio to aid better decision-making.
