Job Description

To start with, the position of Digital Business Analyst sits comfortably in the Digital & eCommerce team. An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. As a Digital Business Analyst you will be asked to connect our Marketing organization with the technical teams behind our Digital Marketing and eCommerce products, covering areas like CMS, eCommerce and CRM. For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

  • Demand Intake: Engages with stakeholders and defines functional requirements
  • Demand Refinement: Assists in analysis of the ask and gathers required implementation details for the team to be able to assess gaps with existing capabilities.
  • Project Management: Leads refinement and estimation sessions as input for the Sprint Planning.
  • Global to Local: Translates global business requirements into functional requirements and tasks. Engages with the local and global organizations to collect local requirements and assets required for project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicates with stakeholders and adapts communication to different levels of digital maturity: from marketing and customer care directors, media specialist and digital specialists to technology specialists, solution architects, product owners, development teams and support organization

In this role, you will master the art of understanding and articulating business input. Your role involves skillfully translating these insights into comprehensive functional requirements tailored for the development team.
While shaping collaborative relationships with stakeholders, local and global marketing teams, you dive into their objectives. With these insights you refine business requirements for smooth delivery through available and new solutions.
Your support is instrumental in translating requirements into clear functional specifications with effective communication towards various stakeholders. Using this awareness to identify and engage key stakeholders is crucial for the successful completion of projects.
Step into the heart of Agile development as an active member of the Scrum team. Work synergistically with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development team to contribute significantly to the Agile development process.
As a Digital Business Analyst, you engage with diverse teams including marketing, operations, technology, legal, and compliance. Your collaboration efforts will facilitate cross-functional teamwork, encouraging a harmonious and integrated work environment.
