Job Description :

  • You will be responsible for the implementation, documentation of the Digital IC modules, according to the overall specification as defined by the product- and/or Chip–architect.
  • You will be responsible for the proper integration of these Digital modules into the top-level IC design.
  • You will contribute to the Chip verification and validation activities.
  • You will support a structured project approach and will be part of a team.
  • You will expand your knowledge and experience permanently, especially in the connectivity domain and/or in audio processing and/or Machine Learning.

Expectations:

  • You are a Master in Electronic Engineering (micro-/nano-electronics).
  • You have strong affinity with design of chips for use in healthcare applications .
  • Notions and interest in wireless communication, audio processing and/or Machine Learning
  • Likes to work with EDA tools for simulation, synthesis, up to gate level.
  • Interest in Ultra Low Power IC design aspects and building FPGA-based prototypes.
  • Working in a project organization that is compliant with ISO9001 and CMMI standards
  • Excellent communication skills, in English.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • You will be working in Leuven and in cooperation with NXP colleagues elsewhere.
