- Prozessoptimierung durch Planung, Koordination und technische Umsetzung von EDI-Projekten auf unseren eddyson Cloud-Plattformen
- Eigenverantwortliches technisches Onboarding von Neukunden und Betreuung von Bestandskunden
- Erstellen von globalen EDI-Mappings für unsere Integrationsprojekte
- Enge Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden, um deren technische Anforderungen umzusetzen und Probleme zu lösen
- Sie koordinieren als direkter Ansprechpartner die Projekt-Tätigkeiten im Team, mit Kunden und deren Geschäftspartnern
- Pro-aktives Handeln, um unsere Projekte erfolgreich zum Abschluss zu bringen
