Job Description

The VIE will be in charge of :

• Works closely with leadership and maintenance teams in order to optimize the maintenance operations processes on the client’s infrastructure.
• Generally identify areas which can be streamlined
• Create and deploy new processes & concepts
• Deploy validated processes and ongoing work on continuous improvement of processes
• Support your Manager in the change management drive (sustainable improvement by leveraging consulting skills and change management processes)

Qualifications
Educational background: Engineering school, LEAN Management
Languages: German, French, English
