Mercan Properties is a leading company in the sector of immigration and hospitality and is looking for a a motivated professional to develop their career in supporting the Cegid
(Primavera) V10 ERP solution.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic knowledge of SQL;
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports for report development (preferred);
- Experience with Cegid (Primavera) V10 ERP modules (Accounting, Financial Management, Projects, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Human Resources, among others);
- Knowledge of Fiscal Reports and their fiscal and legal obligations (preferred);
- Familiarity with Standard API and WebAPI (optional);
- Knowledge of Office Extensions (optional).
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Information Technology or related fields;
- Previous experience in technical support or an ERP environment will be valued;
- Certifications in various Cegid (Primavera) V10 ERP areas will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the Cegid Primavera management solutions and the company’s internal systems;
- Maintain and update the installed ERP, ensuring its performance and reliability;
- Resolve support tickets, providing effective solutions within established deadlines;
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues in various functional areas (Accounting, Financial Control, Projects, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Human Resources);
- Assist in creating reports using Crystal Reports and provide support in maintaining SQL
databases;
- Assist in the preparation and configuration of Fiscal Reports, ensuring compliance with fiscal and legal requirements.
