We are looking for Junior Estimator with below requirements:
Work Location: Dubai- UAE
Requirement: Immediately

Expected Qualification & Experience:

• Assist in estimating the costs and materials for projects.
• Prepare and review detailed cost breakdowns for the items required to complete the project.
• To liaise with production/Sale department & obtain clear specifications for making detailed BOQ as per set of drawings.
• To prepare estimates of material required as per approved drawings for purposes such as planning, organizing and determining cost of material.
• Gathering quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in cost estimation and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior project managers to ensure accurate quotes and specifications.
• Help gather and analyze project data, including labor, material, and overhead costs.
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with relevant standards and client requirements.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with the team and clients.
• Acts as a resource for project management by providing cost information and developing cost estimates for changes in the work, during different construction phases.
• Other Estimating duties as required.
• Experience: 2-3 years in junior estimator in construction/Fit-out field.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Expertise in MS Excel or related software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
