Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Executive Assistant you will actively support and manage all administrative tasks and processes of Partners and Associate Partners such as:
- Arranging and coordinating business travel, including flight, hotel and other related tasks
- Planning and organizing internal and external meetings, including scheduling appointments, conference calls and video conferences across multiple time-zones
- Being responsible for correspondence, presentations, reports and other relevant documents
- Supporting and coordinating tasks in relation to client facing activities, such as support and organization of client events
- Acting as link between different departments, located in various countries
- Maintaining several internal databases, process expense reports and similar tasks
- Being responsible for other administrative and ad-hoc tasks
- Understanding and recognizing the business needs of our clients
- Delivering the highest standard of support as a first point of contact
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE
- Professional experience in administrative support
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Solid work experience in collaborating and providing administrative support to Executives or in a Management Support team, in an international and multi-cultural business environment
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Power-Point
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and precision
- Team player abilities by nature – you enjoy working in a complex, international environment, with a broad range of different stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills (autonomy, clear communication, flexibility)
- Ability to engage in highly confidential discussions and maintain trust in all interactions
