JOB SUMMARY:
The Design team is looking for a Junior Designer to be responsible for supporting design development for your lifestyle and Brand and always staying abreast of trends and product novelty to increase style options.
You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- DEC in Fashion Design or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design;
- A minimum of three (3) years of design experience;
- Detailed oriented, self-motivated;
- Good Microsoft office skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop;
- Sound judgement and a good understanding of trends and the garment industry;
- Available to travel (if necessary);
- Bilingual: French & English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:
- Create styles for specific COE/ collections increasing options to the vision/brief for lifestyle;
- Participate in trend ideas and product novelty;
- Participate in developing best in class samples(3D) to support lifestyle;
- Keep on top of development calendar and approvals, support each collection;
- Update development linesheet;
- Train in 3D design;
- Participate in style ideas for specific commodity while learning C-41 and deliverables.
